What should I expect?
You can expect a timely pickup, a comfortable and convenient hassle-free transfer to and from your destination.
From the Airport – Your driver will be holding signage with your name on it once you exit the Customs area of the airport. There may be many drivers holding signs with similar names. To avoid being picked up by the wrong driver, please ensure you identify the correct name and your destination. The driver will transport you to the door at your desired destination, and will also assist with your luggage.
To the Airport – It is recommended that you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled flight departure time. Our drivers will be on-time to pick you up, and drop you off with plenty of time to check-in and/or go through security, and relax before boarding your flight. Please note, if you are made aware that your flight is delayed, we may or may not be able to accommodate your request for a later pick up, and you will be responsible for the scheduled transfer.
Pick-ups from and to the Private Jet Facility at Cedar Aviation Services Ltd. – Although flight arrival and departure times may be flexible for the clients. The vehicles may be scheduled for other clients. We ask that you be considerate of others’ time and requests when you have been scheduled for a pick-up. If any changes are made, the responsible party is required to contact Paradise Transport timely.
How would I know my driver?
The name of the driver and vehicle number will be emailed to you. If there is any change, we will update you at soonest. You have the right to confirm before getting into the car.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, you can expect a full refund, if a cancellation is received in writing 24 hours before the pick-up time. 50% for all other cancellations, unless it is cancellation received within 2 hours of the pick-up time. Then the full fare is required to be paid.
What if my flight is delayed?
Once your reservations are confirmed, there is no need to worry about being stranded. We will monitor the flight status. We will be there to meet and greet you upon your arrival.
Would I be responsible for the time that has passed due to the delay?
No, Paradise Transport allows 1 hour from the time that the plane has landed before wait time is added.
What is the policy regarding wait time?
Other than airport arrivals, a grace period of 20min. is afforded before a surcharge is added at an hourly rate, relevant to the vehicle. The driver or a Paradise Transport representative will attempt to contact you and if unable to may contact, the driver will remain at the location for a further 10mins. before leaving and terminating the scheduled pick-up.
What if I miss my flight?
To avoid a ‘NO SHOW’, you must contact Paradise Transport as soon as practically possible. If the deviation or cancellation occurs within 2 hours of the pickup, the fare will be charged in full.
What if I don’t see my name?
Please call 247-4465 to help you locate your driver. Leaving the airport without making contact will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’, resulting in being charged the full fare.
Can I make special requests?
If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we can’t guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not. Note that we will provide child / baby seats if requested whenever possible, however there may be rare instances when such seats are unable to be provided due to unforeseen last minute vehicle substitution, for example. Please note that we will cannot guarantee that the seats provided will be the exact fit for your child.
Do you allow pets in the vehicle?
This is considered a special request. If traveling with a pet, it is incumbent of you to advise upon booking.
Paradise Transport will do its best to accommodate you, however we must ensure that we are able to secure the appropriate vehicle. All pets are required to be transported in a carrier, with the exception of service dogs, but must be on a leash.
Does paradise transport hold/store luggage?
Yes, this option is available if requested in advance. Please talk to a Paradise Transport Representative to confirm details.
