By using our website and making a booking with us, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that he/she:
- read these Agency Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them;
- consents to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorized on behalf of all persons named on the booking, if necessary;
- is over 18 years of age;
- accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking.
These Terms also apply to the supply of all transportation services and other services booked by phone, or email.
The contract for all bookings is between the client/passenger (i.e.: the company or person booking and paying for the transport service) and Paradise Transport.
Clients must review all transport details upon booking confirmation to ensure accuracy. Paradise Transport will not be held liable for incorrect booking details, resulting in clients being responsible for any necessary charges.
All bookings within 24-hours of request cannot be made online and will require direct contact to be made to a Paradise Transport representative to confirm availability.
If you would like to book a car with less than 6 hours’ notice during office hours, we will do our best to have a car available for you.
We reserve the right to charge client 50% of quoted booking cost, if canceled 12 hours prior pick up time.
We reserve the right to charge client 100% of quoted booking cost, for a ‘NO SHOW’ or if canceled within 3 hours prior pick up time.
Due to the increased reservations during peak season, we may require assistance from our affiliate drivers in order to facilitate your requests.
We reserve the right to change your vehicle or driver at any time if necessary.
All drivers are professional courteous, and drive safely in accordance with road conditions, traffic, and the legal speed limits.
Paradise Transport will not be responsible for delays/ trip termination due to unforeseen occurrences, such as detours or road traffic accidents, etc.
We respect your time, and will do our utmost to ensure punctuality, though some delays may be due to circumstances beyond our control.
All Paradise Transport’s vehicle(s) and affiliates are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Paradise Transport will not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
Paradise Transport will keep lost property for 30 days, and will endeavor to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) to the customer as soon as practically possible. Clients will be responsible for any cost associated with the return of property.
Alcohol consumption and illicit drug use in public service vehicles is prohibited by law. Any fines incurred will be paid by the customer.
Paradise Transport maintains a strict no non-smoking/vaping policy in all its vehicles. Eating and/or drinking is at the discretion of the driver.
Paradise Transport, its drivers and any affiliate drivers have the right to terminate a transfer or refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs; and/or whose behavior poses a threat to either the Driver, the vehicle or any other passenger(s) without refund.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required to reinstate a vehicle to working order; as well as any subsequent loss of earnings for Paradise Transport and/or the driver for the consequence of their vehicle being off the road.
Clients will also be responsible for a minimum 3-hour charge at rate of affected vehicle, if passengers get in the car while wet, resulting in the vehicle being taken out of service to dry out.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Clients’ statutory rights.
2. PERSONAL DATA
All credit card information will be safely used for the purpose of your requests and any associated fees ONLY! Please note that your credit card will not be kept on file.
By supplying your contact details, you permit Paradise Transport to contact you via phone, SMS, WhatsApp or Email. We will never share your contact details to any third party not connected with your booking unless instructed by the customer or an authorized agent.
3. The client is required to be at least 18 years of age, or consent has been granted by a parent/guardian, who will assume responsibility for the transfers; and been approved by Paradise Transport.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Rates – The rate provided at time of booking is based on the booking request. We reserve the right to amend advertised rates at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed rates.
Special note: changes and errors sometimes occur. You must check the price of your chosen Transport Arrangements at the time of booking.
Payment Terms — All payments are due in full before any bookings are undertaken, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Methods — We accept all wire or ACH transfers, or major Credit or Debit cards. All Credit or Debit Cards will be subjected to 5% handling fee.
Changes to Bookings — Any deviations to the original booking price, such as additional waiting time, extra hours, car parking and address changes, will automatically be charged from the credit card that you provided upon booking.
Our drivers never collect any fares for trips or additional services reserved during the pre-booking.
Credit Card Statement — The charge on your credit card statement will be shown as Paradise Transport Services.
All bookings are subject to a 18% service and processing fee.
Any hires between 1:00am – 5:00am there will be an additional 50% surcharge.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Additional fees may be incurred due to but not limited to the following:
- Special requests; car seats, carrying pets, additional stops, etc.
- Wait time; hourly rate starts after a grace period of 20min.
- Multiple stops
- Wet passengers; min. 3-hour charge
- Additional fees will be detailed on the final invoice for your review
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is free. Our priority is to mirror our service with our members/ clients’ expectations; develop and maintain good relationships. You may sign up, become a member and gain access to other services or continue your booking as a guest. All bookings are subject to availability.
Paradise Transport reserves the right to cancel any membership or booking.

BOOKING TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
Paradise Transport is a private pre-arranged transportation company. As such, our drivers are not required to accept a booking request. We request that you only book via our booking options:
